Palminder has attended multiple post graduate courses across Europe, including StyleItaliano Aesthetics courses to refine skills in cosmetic treatments and smile makeovers.
Palminder is also a leading provider of Invisalign orthodontic treatment. He is also an educational supervisor for the NHS, and involved in mentoring younger dentists.
He is a keen tennis player, a serious foodie, enjoys a pub quiz and learning about different cultures.

Victoria qualified from Cardiff University in 2019 and completed her foundation training here at Burridge Dental Practice. After this Victoria did a year at maxillofacial department at QA hospital before returning to us at Hampshire Terrace Dental Care. .
In Victoria’s spare time she likes to tend to her garden and loves a spot of baking.

Dr. Chun-Wei Wang (Tony) qualified from the University of CEU San Pablo in Madrid in 2019. He furthered his education by completing a Master degree at the National Defence Medical Center in Taipei in 2023.
Tony is recognized for his gentle and compassionate approach towards patient care. He provides comprehensive dental treatments and is passionate about cosmetic dentistry. He strives to enhance his patients’ smiles with procedures such as composite (white) fillings and dental whitening.
During his leisure time, Tony enjoys traveling, socializing with friends, and immersing himself in the world of art and culture by visiting museums and exhibitions.
Ciara Gill
I graduated in 2015 from university of Portsmouth with 1st class BSc (Hons) dental hygiene and dental therapy and in 2020 I furthered my training, gaining a Diploma in Paediatric dentistry from royal college of surgeons Edinburgh. I enjoy travelling whenever I have the opportunity and visiting my family in Bournemouth.

I earned a first-class BSc Hons in Dental Hygiene and Therapy from the University of Portsmouth in 2020. I’m passionate about restorative dentistry, specializing in comforting nervous patients. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, playing guitar, and practicing MMA.
With over a decade of experience in dentistry, my journey began as a dental nurse, progressing to the role of practice manager for the past four years. Joining Hampshire Terrace in December 2022 has been a privilege.
My primary role involves the day-to-day management of the practice, prioritizing our patients. Ensuring the smooth operation of the practice is my responsibility, aiming for cohesive teamwork to deliver services safely. My focus centers on enhancing the patient experience, addressing their dental needs effectively.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my children and dogs, as well as engaging in social activities with friends.
